Description :
The product is natural and is obtained by solvent extraction of the
decorticated berries of Piper nigrum.

Volatile Oil Content : 5 -6% (v/w)

customized blends are also offered to meet specific requirements.
Shelf Life :
24 months from the date of manufacture when stored below 25
oC
in closed containers away from direct light and not under humid conditions.
Uses :
These are used to add colour to cheese, sauces, sweets, orange juice, spice
mixtures, emulsified processed meats and egg yolks. Apart, these are also
used to treat indigestion, nausea, and flatulence.
